Abortion looms large in the news during this election season along with the Supreme Court nomination of Judge Barrett. Media coverage of the issue sanitizes and legitimizes abortion, or ignores it altogether, leaving us unaware of the industry's rapacious business model that deceives and harms vulnerable women, profits from killing innocent children, protects sex offenders, and engages in the illegal sale of baby body parts.
The movie Unplanned portrays Abby Johnson's involvement in the abortion industry. From Planned Parenthood volunteer to Employee of the Year, Abby remained unaware of the reality of the business she worked for, managed and promoted. While assisting with an ultrasound guided abortion, she watched in horror as a 13 week baby fought for, and ultimately lost, its life at the hand of the abortionist.
Abby resigned from Planned Parenthood in 2009 shortly after this event and became a pro-life advocate. The movie was released March 29, 2019. We saw it awhile back and thought it was an outstanding informative and realistic presentation of what actually happens in an abortion clinic. It's information we all need to know.
We'd like to invite you and your family members and friends to watch Unplanned with us in our zoom room on Sunday October 25, 2020 at 3 pm ET. It's a movie best watched in company and we'll stay afterwards for sharing.
