Counting Every Heartbeat

In this week's meme, I address the concept of the value of each heartbeat, by illustration of the sheer volume of heartbeats that the blessed Creator generously gives us. 

There is a logical inference one can find from the commandment to count days and weeks of the Omer (sheaf) of the wave offering (as in Leviticus 23:15-16.) 

God, who created the World, commanded to count seven weeks of the Omer, from Passover until the giving of the Torah. Logically speaking, if weeks, which are intangible outside of the concept of human beings needing to express linear thought and event progression in the form of time, if each week in this time period was commanded to be counted and are important, how much more so is each and every heartbeat absolutely vital before our Creator who surely counts each and every heartbeat that He grants to each of us. 

But be warned. There are those out there in our generation who would stop the heartbeat of the innocent, especially if they are helpless and in the womb...
