L'Chaim! It's Better Than Child Sacrifice and Eugenics
The ancients often sacrificed children to ensure a good harvest, victory in battle, an end of a plague, etc. Would it perhaps work to pair ancient examples of child sacrifice with modern video clips of women bragging about how their abortions produced their financial successes?
For some time now I have been seeing more than a little parallel between the primitive practice of child sacrifice and the pre-natal (and in some States, legal "post delivery abortion") infanticide of our days. The ancients often sacrificed children to ensure a good harvest, victory in battle, an end of a plague, etc. So now we hear more than a few women cite their abortions as resulting in career successes. I think that most people would now see the idea of killing a child to have a good wheat crop as totally reprehensible. Why don't more people see killing a child in the womb in order to get a movie role as equally evil? Would it perhaps work to pair ancient examples of child sacrifice with modern video clips of women bragging about how their abortions produced their financial successes?
A second line of thought that occurred to me was that pro-abortion advocacy is not far away from 'trans-and-multi-gender' ideology, eugenics, and the idea that the planet is already badly over-populated, especially the USA which uses more resources than we "deserve." All of these seek by one means or another to reduce births below replacement rate. Low birth rate and the resulting reduction of population has always had great negative effects on a nation's economic and social wellbeing -- exactly the left's goals for the West in general and the United States in particular.
The left's approach is systematically opposed to the behaviors and values promoted in the Tanach (BTW commanded by G-d, right?). We need to develop a systematic approach if we are to save Western Civilization that was built on those behaviors and values. It seems to me that the alternative is back to the 'underground' yeshivas and shuls of the USSR, but world-wide this time, and no safe haven in the USA or Israel.
These are just a few preliminary thoughts; we need people with more knowledge and influence than possessed by this retired teacher of deaf and hard-of-hearing kiddos living in Kingman, Ariz. I don't know where to start, and am very willing to help. Yes, I know this is 1 Adar, and we are supposed to be joyful. I am joyful that there are people working on the project. This keeps me from getting seriously depressed.
Keep calm, be strong, and study Torah,Shalom,
